What it takes to transform your body permanently…
Here I talk about the main behavioural differences between the people that totally transform their bodies and lives and those who fall short of their goal. After training clients for over 10 years and helping people change their bodies losing up to 60kg, there are a few commonalities that these people share.
Hard Workers Transform Their Bodies
The people that make the transformation are willing to put in the time and effort that is required, not looking for short cuts.
Working Through Tough Circumstances & Environments
When the going gets tough, the tough get going. Even when times are harder, through injury or sickness, They just keep doing what they need to do – not what they want to do.
Enjoying Your Training
They enjoy it – It would be a challenged to activity engage in something for the rest of your life and hate it. Find an activity you do enjoy and get moving.
I hope these three insights give you some encouragement and direction if you are somebody who really wants to transform your body.
