Huh? Variety is NOT the Spice of Life?
When it comes to meal selection, variety is often not the best option.
If you’re trying to stick to a new behaviour and you have 7 different lunch meals each with 5 ingredients, it’s going to be extremely challenging to stick to permanently. Also, the harder your meals are to prepare – the more likely you will not do it when your tired.
My suggestion? Keep your regular meals simple. Pick 2-3 meals max for breakfast and lunch especially. These meals generally are less social than dinner.
