TRX Bodyweight skullcrushers are my favourite exercise for the triceps
As with the other exercises on the trx can also be performed on a smith machine.
Start as flat as possible and perform skullcrushers as described in the video. Keep your elbows in nice and close to your ears and the body should remain stiff with very little bending at the hips.
As you fatigue, take small steps forward to lessen the resistance. When using a smith machine you should raise the height of the bar to the next level up and repeat. Perform 3 drop sets, working to full fatigue before easing the resistance.
