TRX or blast strap push ups – A Great exercise for stimulating the muscle fibres of the chest.

Allows for easy adjustment of difficulty by walking feet forward or backwards. The flatter you stand the more difficult the exercise. To make it most difficult perform with feet elevated on a bench or fitball.
Straps allow for greater range of motion than regular push ups and also becomes a great exercise for shoulder stability.
Exercises on the trx or straps should always be used for core stability and a straight line should come from feet to shoulders. No hinging at the hips.
