Demonstration Video: Bicep Curl Ladder on the TRX
The TRX Bicep Curl ladder is a really good and easy way to perform a mechanical drop set for your biceps.
Keep elbows high during motion and do your best to keep them from moving downwards during each repetition. The only movement should be flexing of the elbow joint.
Keep tension throughout the entire motion and do not allow ropes to become flaccid.
Start as flat as possible and then as you fatigue, take small steps backwards to decrease resistance.
