Train with your loved one for a stronger body and relationship!
Working out with your loved one will benefit your relationship in a number of ways.
Training time can sometimes be seen as divisive in relationships as it can mean more time spent apart. This can be the source of much frustration.
Training together will bring a sense of sharing, cooperation, and togetherness like few other things can achieve. There is a strong sense of pride in your partners achievements when you see them working so hard and towards a common or shared goal.
Exercise also improves sleep patterns, gives you more energy, makes you more mentally alert and many other benefits that can help you sustain a strong and healthy relationship.
Having differing goals is easy to get around if you are both willing to try new things, it definitely wont hurt to mix it up from your usual and you may even find something that you love together.
