ACTION is the missing ingredient in many people’s formula for fitness & weight loss success
This is definitely a formula that people tend to skip over. A lot of us can have the expectations of getting results without actually putting the pen to paper so to speak.
This can be easy to do. After focusing on something a lot, it can feel like we have actually made an effort towards our goal. When in fact we have done nothing that will promote real world results.
Time for a self evaluation. Write down what physical actions you have been taking recently and see if you’re doing enough to progress forward, or just thinking a lot.
Don’t get me wrong, We absolutely need to visualise what we intend to do but there must be a point when we jump into the action phase.
