What is the 90% Rule for Nutrition When it Comes to Weight Loss?
In this video I explain the 90% rule and how you can apply it to your diet and still achieve your weight loss goals.
It is a common misconception that people that have great bodies and health are doing everything perfectly, when in fact they just make more choices that help their goals rather than harm it.
In terms of nutrition, if 90% of your meals help your goal then you will get there. Having this 10% freedom will create a balance and stop binge eating in the future.
