Sunday is a great day to relax and prepare for the week ahead at the same time.
- Choose a fun activity that you enjoy. It could be some social sports, hikes, rides or beach with the kids.
- Also allocate 2 hrs to prepare some meals for your week ahead. You may cook 2-3 different meals and 3 serves of each. Then you can put them in Tupperware ready for the next few busy days.
This may seem like an effort but trust me, you will be thanking yourself during the week. 😀
