Are You Separating Your Job Stress From Your Exercise?
In this video, I explain how you can (& should) separate your work from your workout & FEEL BETTER. Essential mindset tips for a healthy mind & body!
Some days can be more stressful than others, but if we do have a challenging day it’s important to leave it behind you and focus on your workout ahead.
A good way to do this is to take 5 mins out and go to the beach or read a magazine, or even meditate. You could even just watch a motivational or humorous YouTube video.
This will help you calm your thoughts and get the most out of your workout – Try this and let me know how you go!
