Today’s Mechanical Drop Set Demonstration : Seated Incline Hammer Curls
Seated incline hammer curls are one the best exercises for the biceps and brachialis muscles.
Start with incline bench back at around 80 degrees and let arms hang straight down. Perform curls in hammer grip with palms facing in towards in each other and thumbs leading the lift.
Elbow should stay pointed straight down as long as possible during the lift and should only move forward once elbow is flexed beyond 90 degrees.
Perform curls with both arms to failure, then switch to single arm alternating curls and then to standing single arm alternating curls.
Each seated incline hammer curl movement should allow for 3-4 extra reps on each arm.
