Here’s a rope front raises demonstration for you to try out
Rope front raises are a great variation to the traditional front raise that is performed with barbells or dumbbells.
Grip the ropes between your legs and lean forward at around 45 degrees with your upper body. Lift ropes through the legs and up to shoulder height.
Ensure that when the weight is at the bottom of the range of motion that the weight is being held and the weight stack doesn’t touch down.
The forward lean and use of the cables allows for constant tension throughout the entire exercise
