Pull Ups – Mechanical Drop Set Demonstration | Day #87 WellFit 365
Another great mechanical drop set, this time for the pull up exercise
- Start with a wide grip and work to failure, then a medium grip and then into a neutral grip pull up to finish.
- Each movement is slightly stronger than the previous and should allow for a few extra reps. It could only be 2-3 but still keeps the muscle working for longer than stopping after first failure.
- Perform on last 1 or 2 sets of pull ups to fully fatigue muscle. This is quite difficult to perform multiple sets of.
