Comfort is always high on the priority list for people when exercising, but that doesn’t always mean that it is ideal for you to train in a fully air conditioned studio.
It is absolutely important to feel comfortable & well hydrated during your session and temperature is of course important. It is also important to train in a well-ventilated room so that your breathing is aided.
However, it is not always ideal to have the air conditioner pumping at 16 degrees while you’re trying to exercise. If your personal training space is too cool, you could risk injury because your muscles & joints may not be warmed up adequately.
