We do not directly advise clients to be on these meal plan / nutrition support systems but It’s good to know what to look for.
A couple of the key benefits i discuss in this video are.

2) focuses on healthy behaviours.
3) Keeps you within a calorie range.
Things to avoid when choosing a nutrition support system
1) Shake diets.
2) Meal plans with not enough calories. Low calorie diets can be almost impossible to maintain for the long term. What we need is a sustainable option. Permanent good habits are the key to permanent weight loss.
3) Taking special supplements or sprays.
4) Quick fix options.
