No Power Treadmill Sprints – A Great Interval Training Alternative
Here is a tough mix up to throw in to your cardio/interval training sessions.
Switch the power off on the treadmill and drive with the legs into sprints.
I suggest performing either in intervals of 30 on 30 off for 6-10 reps or in a tabata format of 20 on 10 off x 8.
Can also be used very effectively in circuits or metabolic training sessions.
Is a great alternative to prowler work or sled pushes when you don’t have the area or equipment.
