Mechanical Chest Drop Set | Day #91 WellFit 365
This is another of my favourite mechanical drop sets and this time it is for the chest and front delts.
Set an incline bench to a very high incline and choose a weight that you fail somewhere between 10-15 reps. After you fail, lower the incline by one setting and then repeat to failure. Continue to work down to a flat dumbbell press.
Perform 2-3 repetitions of the entire drop set. Each drop set should have 3-4 different level changes.
This is best performed with a partner so they are able to change the incline for you and then allow you to have very little rest between each drop.
