Making New Behaviours Stick
If you have been finding it really challenging to make your new behaviours stick, a great tip is to schedule it in. It doesn’t matter how small the thing is. It may be packing your gym clothes for the next day. Set it in your diary for when you get home in the afternoon, that way when your tired at night it’s already done.
Schedule in your workouts for the week to and don’t let anything override them. They are just as important as any part of your work. Good luck and let us know how you go. 😀
