My 5 Tips to increase your Incidental Exercise:
1. When going for a coffee with a friend, add a WALK in before or after!
2. Pick a lunch spot on your lunchtime that is away from your office/workplace
3. Rather than internally emailing someone in your office, go walk over to them and speak to them
4. Housework – Time yourself and try to beat your best times. Doing this quicker will get you moving!
5. Play with your kids or walk your dog!
