Here’s how to perform the guillotine press
Guillotine presses are a great alternative pressing exercise for the chest muscles.
– This exercise actually isolates the chest muscles more than the standard bench press.
– To perform properly, shrug shoulders up high and lower bar to throat and let the elbows come out to the side.
– Much lower loads must be lifted compared to the normal bench press.
– Will focus on the upper portion of the chest and will have less emphasis on triceps.
