Throughout the day we make hundreds, maybe thousands of decisions and these decisions ultimately shape our progress toward our goals. When making choices, apply the help or harm principle. It’s a simple way to break your day up into smaller pieces and make sure that you make more helpful than harmful decisions. This is a good area to apply the 90% rule for your diet.
