Great Abdominal Sequence! | Day #140 WellFit 365
Another awesome ab sequence to add to your routine.
Start in a slight banana position with your legs extended and off the ground and your arms extended behind your head and off the ground. Hold this for 10 seconds and then with explosive movements reach up and touch your opposite toe with your hand. Arms and legs should stay as straight as possible. Touch both toes 5 times alternating each time and then go back to your hold. Repeat this until failure. Wait a minute in between sets.
