One-Arm Arc Dumbell Rows – Drew’s Favorite Upper Back Exercises #2 | Day #45 WellFit 365
One-armed arc dumbbell rows demonstration.
These rows are different from standard one-armed dumbbell rows by the direction of the lift.
In this modified version, instead of bringing the dumbbell to the chest you bring the dumbbell to the hip.
The lat performs more of a shoulder extension movement with an arc trajectory.
The weight will be reduced greatly from the normal 1 arm DB row, sometimes by two thirds.
Remember, though, that the elbow should come up as high “over” the hip as possible
