5 Quick Tips to Help You Burn More Fat #1 | Day #33 WellFit 365
This video is the first of a mini series within WellFit 365 designed to help you burn more fat.
These first 5 tips to help you burn more fat include:
1. When you’re training, stick to compound lifts, eg. squats, benchpress, bentover row etc.
2. Keep your rest intervals between exercises really short (10-60 seconds)
3. Longer time under tension during your workouts. Increase the amount of time each rep takes (especially the eccentric part of the repetition)
4. Circuit training – By working the body consistently, with no rest in between, you’re going to get a really good growth hormone response and you’ll also perform more work over the duration of the your time at the gym.
5. Be more active in your day to day life. eg. Walk to work, take the stairs etc.
