So, how highly do YOU really value exercise and nutrition? In this video I discuss the importance of exercise, nutrition, health and fitness and making those a priority.
Each individual person had a different set of core values.
These values are things that are important to us and we tend to prioritise our actions in accordance with these.
It is important to know that the state of your body and health will have a direct impact on the other areas in your life.
If we value time with our families, being a fitter, healthier version of yourself will increase the quality of your time in this case.
Even if you don’t have a goal to be super lean or run a marathon, having exercise up high in these values will help your adherence to any eating or exercise pattern.
If you have been struggling to stick to your exercise, it may have been because you haven’t really thought about how important and the impact it has on your life
