Today I give you some energising breakfast tips to help you get started for your big days.
It’s true, breakfast is the most important meal of the day if you want to keep your energy levels up and avoid that midday or afternoon crash!

The 4 Components to this awesome energising breakfast suggestion
Carbohydrates- Choose wholegrain breads and cereals. The with give you a more sustained energy release. Avoid sugars and syrups.
Fruit – Strawberries and blueberries are a great choice. Both high in Vitamin C and low in calories.
Protein – Greek yoghurt. Can be twice the protein of traditional yoghurts and will leave you feeling satisfied.
Cinnamon. Adds great flavour and a good substitute for adding sugars.
