Easter Time! 3 Tips to Minimise the Damage! | Day #88 WellFit 365
Easter is great for catching up with family or friends, and also lots of chocolate and calorie dense food.
My 3 tips to help you this weekend are:
1) Stay active. Yes state the obvious but will you be doing it?
2) Once easter is done, throw throw the chocolate in the bin! Yes I said it! Please let me know if you achieve this?
3) This is more for the mind then the body. Plan ahead and get something you enjoy, don’t just eat whatever is in sight.
