Chest Dips Demonstration | Day #62 WellFit 365
An easy to follow Chest dips demonstration.
Chest dips are an excellent compound exercise for the chest and triceps muscles.
To perform these with more focus on the chest, set handles wider apart and lean forward as much as possible.
Perform with full range of motion, lowering in a controlled manner and exploding up quickly.
To focus more on triceps, set handles closer together and remain as upright as possible during movement.
