Hi guys, here are 5 more tips to help you burn more fat.
This is the 3rd part in a mini series of fitness training, diet and behavioural tips to help you develop better, more lean body composition.

1. Acupuncture for weight loss
Research has shone a positive light on acupuncture for the fight against obesity. Don’t be sceptical, give it a go and may work for you!
2. Have some coffee or caffeine supplements before your workout.
Research has shown that people burn more fat, workout at a higher intensity, and actually self-choose higher weights when they have consumed caffeine before training.
3. Take the amino acid taurine
Taurine has been shown to lower cortisol levels, which is the stress hormone and also help the body digest fat.
4. Sleep!!!
Early to bed, early to rise sleep pattern has been linked to people with good body composition. 8-10 hours sleep is ideal.
5. Avoid milk.
Milk has been shown to cause consistently high insulin levels in the body, which means that you’re not going to burn as much fat because the energy is being stored in your muscles.
