Small Group Personal Training – 12 Per Session Maximum
Being Newcastle’s One on One Personal Training Specialists, WellFit had to take special considerations before offering Small Group Personal Training, with our main focus being to identify all the areas in group training that didn’t have the clients health and safety at heart.
We avoided large groups numbers.
Other than charitable fund-raising days, WellFit limits it’s sessions to only 12 people per session. We’ve found that this is the magic number of people that we can safely create a specialised workout for. Catering to all fitness levels and current/ pre-existing injuries. Our university level trainers say that anything beyond that is a risk and disservice to the client. We have countless enquiries from people who have had injuries through poor instruction from the fast paced, production line style workouts common in the fitness industry today.

Avoid the crowds
Gyms in Newcastle can become very crowded, especially in peak times. In our private personal training studio, there are never more than a handful of fitness trainers running 1-on-1 sessions at a time. Even the group fitness sessions are limited to small numbers and there is usually no contracts.
