Being Honest With Yourself When It Comes To Your Body Goals
Sometimes out of past failure we change the name of our goals, thinking that this will help us achieve them. In fact it just makes it harder for our brains to recognise what we are really after.

If your goal is to lose body fat, then call it that. Don’t try to hide your goal in a fitness term. Be honest with yourself in what you want because the saying ‘Be careful what you wish for’ may happen.
You may end up super fit with similar body composition.
