Are You Motivated By Guilt? | Day #112 WellFit 365
Each week it’s very common for people to feel guilty after their weekends. This is usually due to over indulgence of food and possibly alcohol consumption.
Even know you may feel like this drives you to be better throughout the week, it is actually creating a bad behaviour. See, if you’re driven by guilt that means you need to have a bad action to get you going.
This means no consistency for you and NO results. Better motivators are you end goal and your positive actions.
