A lot of us eat really well on weekdays and then blow it over the weekend. Top be honest, we rarely see clients get results or maintain them with this habit.
So It’s really important to minimise the damage over those 2 days. 3 ways to help combat this are.
1) Choose a different restaurant. Sometimes we are on autopilot with our choices. Change location and shake things up.
2) Do an activity that involves a packed lunch. Hike or bike ride to the park.
3) Exercise first thing in the morning. It will get you on the right track with mind-set and energy.
