As the cold season approaches, a healthy lifestyle seems to take a backwards step.
Many people tend to stay in bed longer, exercise less and eat higher calorie meals.
I really hope that this year will be different for you!
Losing weight in summer and gaining in winter seems insane to me.
Lets make this winter the one that you strive ahead and continue to be in the best shape of your life.

1) Be aware.
What do you normally do? Do you eat more? Exercise less? What excuses do you normally make? Being aware of what you do is the first step to change.
2) What improvements can you put into place this year?
Do you normally exercise outdoors and now you can’t? What is another alternative?
If you find it harder to get out of bed and you usually exercise in the morning – Are you planning to exercise in the afternoons now?
3) Reinforce your fitness & weight loss goals!
Use lots of emotional words in writing these down. I know it seems like we are continually writing these but it’s that important. You’ll notice that these always change and get more clear.
