Here Are A Few Great Ways to Shake Up Your Weight Training Program.
Variety in your resistance training is of paramount importance if you want to keep pushing yourself to achieve the best results.

If you’ve plateaued in your results it may be because your muscles have adapted to your workout. Here are 3 ways to get that body improving again.
1) Do your workout in reverse. This will mean your doing your big movements at the end of your workout and they will be a lot harder.
2) Add the first exercise you do to the end of your workout and double up on it. See if you can lift the same amount of weight at the end.
3) Add a different exercise. Preferably an opposing muscle group to each set of your workout.
