It’s time for another challenge to help you build some healthy habits!
We have had our 7 day challenge and this time we are shooting for 21days.
This time however, we are more focused on adding a new behaviour to our lives that will move us towards our goals. E.g having breakfast or working out. What ever it is you need to complete the new behaviour 21days in a row.
If you get to 19 days then fail, time to start again. Good luck!
